Our Board of Directors

K.C. Electric Association is a rural electric cooperative owned by the members that it serves. A nine-member board is elected from the membership to represent them in conducting the business of the Association. K.C.'s Board of Directors is composed of four members representing Kit Carson County, four members representing Cheyenne County and one member representing Lincoln County. Each director serves a three-year term and is elected at the annual meeting of the membership.
